Laura Frangella - Principal

Laura Frangella, (B.A. Psychology, CHRP, Myers-Brigg Certified) is a seasoned Human Resources Professional. She has been responsible for Employee Relations, Human Resources Program Development, Recruitment and Attraction Strategy development.  Laura has designed and implemented Performance Management Programs and has improved employee engagement and productivity. She has improved communication flow between management and employees and helped create engaged working environments in her assignments. 

With over 15 years experience in Human Resources she is able to apply her insight and experience to improve organizational effectiveness so that companies can become more efficient by providing employees with the proper tools to maximize their performance.

Laura assists with the design of evaluation tools and program implementation. She consults with many organizations in manufacturing, retail, construction, engineering,  pharmaceutical, not-for-profit and automotive sector.
